Holger has always been drawn to the same question: how do you get the right message in front of exactly the right people?
He spent his early career as a marketing consultant, working with companies around the world. In 2017 he brought that experience to New Zealand and built his own performance marketing agency. When the pandemic hit the world and Kiwi businesses suddenly could not find staff, he started a social recruiting agency to help.
His approach was simple but sharp. Instead of posting job ads and hoping, he built real employer branding and put it in front of the right candidates, the ones who were perfect for the role but not actively looking. Businesses that had been stuck for months were hiring top talent within days. For a lot of them, during a very hard time, that kept the doors open.
Now Holger points that same energy at the trades. With BuilderLab, his goal is genuinely to help: real strategy, built around your business, from someone who has spent nearly twenty years making this work.
